When we put a hot and cold drinks machine into our Telford reception, we told customers to feel free to help themselves. But customers weren’t comfortable with that. So, Ian and Michelle suggested they put something in the charity box on the table nearby. It seems customers were so much happier with that, that we have now raised over £145 for the Lymphoma Association, a charity close to our hearts.
