There are two types of archiving, so-called “live” and “dead”. We can help with either. If all you need is storage for inactive files – ones you have to keep but don’t need regular access to – we can rent a room where you can pile them high (and bury them…). But if you’ll need regular (or even occasional) access to “live” files, we can arrange for a room to be racked out to allow an orderly and systematic approach. We can’t offer a collection and delivery system (that’s Data Storage and Retrieval, not what we do), but, if it would help to start things off, we can offer to come out and collect your files and help you store them with us. Just call to arrange that.

Actually, we can’t, and so won’t, “Guarantee” the security of your goods. But, what we can promise is that we make all reasonable efforts to make sure your things are safe and sound with us..
Electronic access control systems
Both our sites have electronic access control systems, and all our rooms are individually alarmed. You choose a PIN that you use to get into and out of the building. Entering your PIN opens the electric entry doors, and turns on (or off) the alarm on your room.
CCTV cameras
Both sites have CCTV cameras covering key areas. These are recorded 24/7 and monitored out of hours by specialists Camwatch.
Full intruder alarms
Both sites have full intruder alarms, and, again, these are monitored out of hours. The fire detection systems in both sites are state-of the-art; these too are monitored 24/7.
